• The Seller warrants that the Diffuser shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for the periods specified below:

– Large HVAC Diffusers: One (6) months from the date of purchase.

– Small Diffusers: Six (3) months from the date of purchase.

  • This warranty is valid only when the MyOlii fragrance oil blend is used in the Diffuser. Use of other fragrance oils may void the warranty.

Warranty Claims Process:

  • In the event of a defect covered under this warranty, the Customer must promptly notify the Seller within the warranty period.
  • The Seller may request proof of purchase, including but not limited to an order number, receipt, or invoice, to process the warranty claim.
  • The Seller reserves the right to inspect the Diffuser to verify the defect before authorizing a warranty claim.

Warranty Limitations:

  • This warranty does not cover damage or defects resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, unauthorized repair, alteration, or improper installation.
  • Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to cosmetic damage, is not covered under this warranty.
  • The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the Diffuser.


  • If a valid warranty claim is approved, the Seller will, at its discretion, either repair or replace the defective Diffuser with a new or refurbished unit.
  • The Seller reserves the right to provide an equivalent or upgraded model if the original Diffuser is no longer available.
  • Customers are responsible for all shipping fees associated with warranty claims, exchanges, or repairs.


  • The Seller shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Diffuser, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
