Exchange Process:

– To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service at info@myoliiscents.com within the specified exchange period.

– Our team will provide you with instructions on how to exchange the item.

Refunds:

– Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

– If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7  business days.

Return Shipping:

– Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

Damaged or Defective Items:

– If your diffuser is defective or damaged upon receipt, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged or defective item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

Replacement:

– Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you a replacement if the item is found to be defective or damaged
